1. Introduction

NAV MULTI SERVICES is committed to providing transparent services and clear refund processes. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for requesting refunds for services, memberships, or commissions under our association modules in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be applicable under the following conditions:

  • Service Cancellation: If a booked service (travel, event, RTO, passport, finance, manpower, solar, education counseling, or real estate marketing) cannot be delivered by NAV MULTI SERVICES.
  • Duplicate Payment: If a user or partner accidentally pays more than the required amount.
  • Module Upgrade/Change: If a partner changes association modules (e.g., PREMIUM → FREE) and requests a prorated refund for unused services.

Note: The FREE module does not involve payments, so no refund applies.

3. Refund Exclusions

Refunds are not applicable in the following cases:

  • Services already rendered or completed.
  • Commission payouts already earned and processed.
  • Failure to meet partner obligations (e.g., unethical marketing, fraudulent referrals).
  • Change of mind or personal reasons without valid service issues.

4. Refund Process

Request Submission

Submit a refund request via email or in-person at our Lucknow office with:

  • Full name and contact information
  • Service or module details
  • Payment proof
  • Reason for refund

Verification & Timeline

Verification: NAV MULTI SERVICES will review the request within 7 working days. Approved refunds will be communicated via email or phone.

Processing: Approved refunds will be processed within 45 working days using the original payment method.

5. Module-Specific Refunds

  • FREE Module: No payment required → Not applicable.
  • PREMIUM Module: Refunds available prorated for unused services or unutilized features.
  • PRO-PREMIUM Module: Refunds are prorated based on remaining period of subscription and usage of premium features.

Note: Commission earnings or payouts generated before refund requests are non-refundable.

6. Cancellation & Disputes

Cancellation by NAV MULTI SERVICES

If NAV MULTI SERVICES cancels a service due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued to the client or partner within 14 working days of cancellation notification.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes regarding refunds will first be addressed by NAV MULTI SERVICES management in Lucknow. If unresolved, disputes will be governed by the laws of India and subject to the jurisdiction of Lucknow courts, Uttar Pradesh.
